I want obligate the user to do the quiz in order like first do the quiz of the 1 section and you may do the quiz to can do the next quiz.

There is no such functionality to obligate the user to take the quiz of first section before processing to second section. Probably we will add such functionality in the future but this is not planned for the next releases. Regards, ARI Soft
