What is it?

After I install a new component (Ari Thumbnails).

Fatal error: Call to undefined method AriKernel::addframeworkpath() in /home/aprendofacil6/public_html/administrator/components/com_ariquiz/kernel/class.AriKernel.php(18) : eval()'d code on line 1

How can I resolve this trouble?

Hello,

Unfortunately ARI Quiz and ARI Thumbnail can't work together on one page, but we update ARI Thumbnail and release new version tomorrow, now temporary disable ARI Thumbnail plugin, please.

We have updated ARI Thumbnail component. Now it works with ARI Quiz v. 2.5.3+. Download it in 'Member Area' on out site and re-install, please.

Okay. Other question.

The component ARI Quiz is currently in version 2.5.3. I have installed on my website is version 2.1.7. Can I upgrade to the new version at no charge?

Sure, you can download it in 'Member Area', uninstall previous version of ARI Quiz and install new version through standard Joomla! install page. All data will remain untouched.
