1. It is possible to use different templates for print view and mail text. For this use "Successful Email Template", "Failed Email Template", "Successful Print Template" and "Failed Print Template" parameters in quiz settings. 2. "ARI Quiz Lite" doesn't support ability to apply filters for predefined variables. This feature is supported by "ARI Quiz". Regards, ARI Soft
