Is there a way to display the result of an unregistrated user after the quiz?
After finishing the last question, there should be a site which tells the results, which question is right or wrong etc.?

It is possible to show common information like quiz name, user score, max score and etc. For this create a text template on "Text templates" page on component backend and select it in "Successful Template" and "Failed Template" parameters in quiz settings.

"ARI Quiz" supports ability to show questions with correct and user answers at the end of a quiz. This feature is not supported by "ARI Quiz Lite".
