Hello, You can place code which will handle uploaded files in <joomla_dir>/components/com_ariquiz/frontend_pages/question.php file and code which will show these images on backend in <joomla_dir>/administrator/components/com_ariquiz/templates/statistics/<question_type>.html.php file.
