Frontend part of "ARI Quiz" v. 3.5.0 will be fully compatible with mobile devices. "ARI Quiz Lite" is partially compatible.

Demo page of "ARI Quiz Lite" is available here. It is a free extension and you can also install it on your site (for example on local machine). Not fully compatible means not all pages will look fine on mobile devices.

the demo page you have linked is not optimized for smartphones, i think. I would like to watch one to know which pages look like fine on mobile devices.
