There needs to be a way to explain the correct answer and even an option to explain why the answer they picked is wrong. This is essential to any quiz creation product.

Hello,

We add new field to any question in the quiz and give it arbitrary name ('Note', for example). You can enter additional text into this field and this text will be visible to users when viewing quiz results. We'll add this feature into the next version of the component, which will be available at the next week.

There really needs to be a field for every possible answer, so you can explain in the results why an answer was wrong or right.

We decided to make a single field where you can enter additional text about question because it keep quiz simple and easy to understand for user. You can enter information about all answers, why it is correct or wrong, in the additional field.

I don't really see how it would confuse the user in any way. I still feel it would be better to have a field for every answer and I'm sure everyone else would agree with me. Having one field to explain every answer seems very messy. You would want to explain why the answer the user has chosen was right or wrong, not all the answers. Alas, it is your program though.

This is a feature that would be really useful for me too. Ideally I would like to explain about the answers before going to the next question; not only when reviewing the results.
