Installation ARI Process content plugin 3 Years, 4 Months ago Karma: 0
How i can install the module ARI Process content plugin for Joomla! 1.5? In the download are only two files for Joomla 1.5. Must it copy in the any direction? Must be a entry in the database? Please give me a small instruction for the installation. Thanks.

Hello,

At first, unzip mod_ariprocesscontent.zip and choose appropriate version of plugin (mod_ariprocesscontent.1.5.zip for Joomla 1.5 or mod_ariprocesscontent.1.0.zip for Joomla 1.0). After this login to backend part of your joomla site. If you use Joomla 1.5 then go to Extension->Install/Unistall and specify location of mod_ariprocesscontent.1.5.zip in 'Upload Package File' section and click 'Install' button. After this active plugin. That's all

Regards,
ARI Soft

after installation i get the info from joomla
* JFolder::create: Could not create directory
* Warning! Failed to move file.

Which direction must be writable?
Or what i can/need change?

It seems that 'modules' folder has incorrect permissions. Check the permission for 'modules' folder, please. May be this forum topic (forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?f=472&t=266328&p=1434363) can help you.

hmm, there ist no way to install it like typical modules.
Is it a modul or a plugin?
now i will copy the two files ( mod_ariprocesscontent.php and mod_ariprocesscontent.xml) in the correct direction ..home/modules/mod_ariprocesscontent/
an try to create a entry for this modul or plugin in the database.
Is this way possible?

o.k.

I've copied the folder mod_ariprocesscontent in /modules/ (user not admin) and i expanded the database with

"INSERT INTO jos_modules VALUES (51, 'plugin-modul', '', 3, 'user1', 0, '0000-00-00 00:00:00', 0, 'mod_ariprocesscontent', 0, 0, 0, 'moduleclass_sfx=\n\n', 0, 0, '');
INSERT INTO jos_modules_menu VALUES (51, 0);"

Now i see the module in Joomla Admin and i have it activated but i can not see the Modul mod_ariprocesscontent at position user1 or see the slideshow-modul also at user 1. Only the code is plugincode for the slide is there. {phatfusionslideshow b01.jpg, t01.jpg; b02.jpg, t02.jpg; b03.jpg, t03.jpg; b04.jpg, t04.jpg} ...no more and no codetranslation.

I attach a screenshot of my Adminmodul. Is there no parameter?
Where do I include the module, or the plugincode or wath ever?

Thanks for a helpful answer.
