Right after installation new version my site is crashed

My Site crashed as a result of installation of the new version you recommended. What files you may think i need to restore from backup to restore site?

It's stange because the component doesn't touch Joomla! file. You can try to remove the following folders:

<joomla_dir>/administrator/components/com_arismartcontent/
<joomla_dir>/components/com_arismartcontent/

PS: See error log of your web server that indicate which error appears.

Similar problem is described here. May be you use Rokbox plugin? You can try to create 'plugins' folder in <joomla_dir>/administrator/ directory, that error is gone away and then find extension who try to use <joomla_dir>/administrator/plugins directory.

yes, i do use Rockbox plagin and Yoo Gallery

Here is what my hoster - tech support from Hostgator told me and then I experiment it to prove it:
your script changed permission of directory above my public_html folder.

He restored my site and then I installed your component. Again right after installation site crashed.
Question - How do i know if there other folders permission vere affected by installation?
