Not working on IE9 Compatability mode 12 Years, 6 Months ago Karma: 0
Testing my site on IE9. Works fine in 'normal' mode, but in compatibility mode (blue icon lit), I get only a narrow box loading.

Any thoughts?

Hello,

This problem with "Smart load" feature of used site template. If you disable it, the extension will work fine.

I have turned off SmartLoad but the problem still remains.

Hi - not sure if you managed to look at the site again (apologies it may have been locked out).

I turned off smart load, but the problem still remains.

I am hoping this can be resolved as it is a superb extension which does everything we need!

Just to update you on this, I have changed the parameters to Fixed Position = YES, in the setting, and this has solved the issue. Obviously if you can find a solution so that I can have Fixed Position off, that would be great.
