I have just downloaded ARI Prettyphoto and am having trouble with the lightbox. When clicking the link, a lightbox appears in the middle of the screen, but it never opens to show the content. You can see my test in an article here Is there something I still need to install or configure? Is there a conflict? thank you for any help, Leslie

Hello, This conflict with site template because it loads old version of "Pretty Photo" jQuery plugin. If it is possible to provide temporary access to your Joomla! backend by email we will investigate the issue and provide solution how to fix the problem. Regards, ARI Soft

Thank you very much. I emailed the information. I suspected that was the case, but I have no idea how to fix the issue. Someone helped me remove the bounce animation from the slider text and that may have also contributed to the problem with the javascript.

Thank you very much for getting it working! Now the only problem I am having is to get the different themes to work. I have tried changing them in the module and all the plugins, but there is no change in the lightbox display. Am I missing something? Thanks again for your help. Sorry, nevermind, it must have been a cache problem. It appears to be fine now. thank you, Leslie
