TOPIC: Optional Suppression of Image Titles

Optional Suppression of Image Titles 11 Years, 1 Month ago Karma: 0
Hi
I've changed the way my home page looks (www.heswallphotosoc.co.uk) and this seems to have caused the thumbnails (ARI PhotoGallery Anywhere) to be displayed in an uneven row which doesn't look "pretty" or professional.
I think the problem is caused by image titles of uneven lengths about which there's not much I can do (adding spaces after each text on the csv file didn't work!).
If I suppress the titles via the plug-in configuration (the title can still be seen in the pop-up which is what I want), the thumb nails line up but this suppresses the titles "site-wide".
Is there any way of suppressing the titles via a parameter for "Anywhere" in the article,so that the suppression is only restricted to that article.
Hope I explained that clearly!

Hi
I'm afraid I've switched the thumbnail display to "singleimage".
I suspect there might have been a conflict between Anywhere and Lof ArticlesSlideShow so I've changed the front page so it doesn't (seem) to matter.
Many thanks.

I think I'm all right now, thanks.
I think I had the images too "squashed up". I've gone back to the "gallery" format which I prefer but put the images over two rows and they line up well again.
Can you see any difference between these two sets of parameters?
This generates the images on www.heswallphotosoc.co.uk home page:
{ariphotogallery activeType="imglist" type="gallery" dir="images/front-page" itemCount="5" thumbWidth="99" descrFile="fp-titles.csv" opt_galleryTitle="Some League Competition 6 (Nature) Winners"}{/ariphotogallery}
The next generates the top set of images on web page: www.heswallphotosoc.co.uk/index.php/hps-comps-m/hps-comps-2012-m/hps-y2012-l06-m
{ariphotogallery activeType="imglist" type="gallery" dir="images/y2012-winners/L6-ACP" thumbWidth="151" descrFile="acp-titles.csv" opt_galleryTitle="Advanced Colour Prints"}{/ariphotogallery}
The home page images don't have lines round the image cells. Strange!
