My intention is simply to change the colors of the paintings , how can I do this?

Add the following CSS rules to a site template CSS file:

.orggchart TD.google-visualization-orgchart-node {color:red;background-color:yellow;border-color:green;}
.orggchart TD.google-visualization-orgchart-linenode {border-color:green;}
