Set writable permissions for <joomla_directory>/cache/mod_ariorbitslider/ folder and then purge "mod_ariorbitslider" cache on "Tools -> Clean Cache" page on Joomla! backend.

We did nothing. Have you changed permission for cache folders and cleaned Joomla! cache?

I did as you said, changing permission folders and clean Joomla! cache. But only one of the three ari orbit slider was fixed, the other two remained as before, without changing thunmail image.

This problem is described here. You have entered path to single image instead of thumbnails folder. Clear "Thumbnails path" parameter or specify path to folder.
