Exactly the same domain name. (well I work as a webmaster in this company and we make many sites. We have many hosts on the same server like this:
ourdomain.tempsite.com/newsite
ourdomain.tempsite.com/newsite2
ourdomain.tempsite.com/newsite3
ourdomain.tempsite.com/newsite4
I just pass this domain in the license: ourdomain.tempsite.com (and not newsite)

Could you say link to page where you try to use the plugin? It needs so we can check that correct plugin code uses and no conflict with 3rd party extensions.

There is many scrolling pics on the main site, but you can navigate with the mouse to pic nr.1 and then it shows

'ARI Magnifier' is content plugin and you can use it in items from 'com_content' component. In other words, you can use it in articles. If you want to use it another place you can try to use ARI Process Content module which helps use content plugins not only in articles or you can use 'ARI Magnifier' module and load it with help JEZ Module Loader.
