Image slider suddenly missing XML data 7 Years, 3 Months ago Karma: 0
It's been a long time since I've done any work in Joomla and this website. Suddenly the image slider is missing and when I go into the plug in I get the error "Module XML data not available". To the best of my knowledge nothing has changed on the website (and yes, the XML data I generated IS still there). Any advice on how to start troubleshooting this?

Hello,

Try to re-install the module. If it doesn't help, we can investigate the problem in more details if you provide a temporary access to your J! backend by email.
