Extended Character Set Not Displayed 8 Years, 1 Month ago

New user of ARI Image Slider. My problem: Extended characters in the Description fields (e.g., accented French characters) are displayed as diamonds with question marks inside. Please see attached image (screen shot from browser) and .ini file.

Any help available to get these characters to display correctly?

If you look at the .ini file, you can see the extended characters correctly represented in the editor. The file was created with Notepad++. which is UTF-8-aware. Thanks. File Attachment: File Name: ariimageslider-3d5a5c827d69886654de00a28635b21d.zip File Size: 886

Your file is saved in non UTF-8 encoding. Notepad++ supports a lot of encodings, you can use it to convert encoding of your file to UTF-8 and save it. Regards, ARI Soft
