Hello,

I am having 3 problems with the image slider in Safari and Chrome. The slider is on www.mettel.net

The problems are:
1. No fade transitions
2. Navigation bullets not working
3. Each panel is linking to the same page rather than the correct page

It's working perfectly on IE and FireFox.

Any help is appreciated.

Hello,

These problem with scripts which are used by your site template. At first site template loads very old version of jQuery library (1.2.3) in <joomla_directory>/templates/rhuk_milkyway/js/slideContent.js file. The second problem, the slider which uses <joomla_directory>/templates/beez_20/javascript/slides.min.jquery.js file generated javascript errors, you can see in browser's error console. Fix these problems and "ARI Image Slider" will work fine.

Hi, thanks for replying. I did what you suggested: updated the jQuery library and removed the javascript errors but there has been no change in those 3 problems in Chrome or Safari. Any ideas?

Add the next code:

<script type="text/javascript">jQuery.noConflict();</script>

After the following one:

<script type="text/javascript" language="javascript" src="www.mettel.net/templates/rhuk_milkyway/js/slideContent.js"></script>

in index.php file from site template.
