Korean text coming out garbage

Korean text coming out garbage 12 Years, 3 Months ago

Just got multilanguage support set-up for this, but the text coming out on the slide-show as the caption is coming out as garbage. The other Korean text on the page is fine. I'm using Firefox and it's detecting UTF-8
If I force it to detect as Korean (UHC) or Korean (EUC-KR) the caption because fine, but the other Korean on the page turns into garbage.

Other than that, enjoying the image slider thus far.
if we could fix this, it'd be great
