hi!

i'm trying to use this great module on my website. but im getting some strange results that i cannot fix!!

first of all, i do see the "animation arrows", but i cannot see on my frontend the navigation buttons. i have "show navigation arrows" on "yes", but still doesnt work.

appart from that, the transition effect doesnt work properly. it fades, but instead of replacing the old image, the new image appears on top of the older one, and if the new image is smaller than the old one i'll only partially cover it

this is how my ARI image slider looks like, with both errors:



the top part of the image would be image B (new image), and the backround image would be image A (old image)


i would really appreciate some help! im new on this and its really freakin me out..

Hello,

About navigation arrows, provide a link to a page where we can see the problem. It can be a conflict with site template styles.

About transition effects, the slider works correctly with images which have the same size.

About the transition problem, is there any way to adapt the slideshow to the different image sizes? I mean, if you have different sizes in the same slideshow

A screenshot can't help to investigate the issue with arrows. When your site is online, contact us and we will investigate the issue.

About images size, you can modify images with help a graphic editor (Paint.NET, Photoshop and etc.) and do it with the same size (add background for resized images).
