Hello support,

we have recently updated a website from J!2.5 to latest version, including ARI Image Slider Module to version 2.2.4.

Now we have a slight issue on IE11.
When I first visit a page with ARI Image Slider in IE it has a big black box underneath the image and a loading icon. If I browse to another subpage, and then go back to the previous page the slider is working fine.

Hello, It can be a problem with site template styles. Try to temporary change the template to a default Joomla! template and check the problem. Regards, ARI Soft
