Joomla 3.5.1 ARI Image Slider 2.2.1 NOT working 7 Years, 11 Months ago Karma: 0
Hello,

I have just updated my Joomla to version 3.5.1 and I have got a Fatal Error that prevents the site from loading...
I have found out that it was ARI image Slider issue and I needed to upgrade it to the latest version.

Now that I have ARI version 2.2.1 installed on my Joomla 3.5.1 - I CAN NOT see the images at all. There is ONLY circle that turns and no pictures uploaded.
I have everything set correctly and I wonder how can I prevent that and make ARI Image Slider to upload the files.
I have read that it is to do with JQuery and I would be happy to know how to resolve the issue?

On Joomla version 3.4.8 It works wonderfully without BUGS at all. How come the bug starts NOW on the new Joomla version?
How can I prevent ARI from spinning and make it loads the images on Joomla 3.5.1?

I now have Joomla version 3.5.1 Installed and ARI Image Slider version 2.2.1 - Both to the latest versions.

The new Joomla and ARI image Slider module DOES NOT have the ability to set JQuery at all!! That way I can't tell the module what to do.

please assist me.
I would be happy to have ARI work on the latest Joomla version - I do like this module - it is great and I don't want to loose it When upgrading Joomla.
Thank You!
Eric.

Hello,

"ARI Image Slider" v. 2.2.0 is working fine with Joomla! 3.5+. About the described problem, it looks like a problem with a 3rd party extension or site template which uses jQuery library in an incorrect way (loads own copy of jQuery instead of using jQuery instance which is loaded by Joomla!).

We can investigate the problem in more details if you provide a link to a page where the problem occurs.

ARI Soft

jQuery parameters are located on "Advanced" tab on module settings page.

About the problem on your site, this problem with slideshow add-on from your site template. You can open HTML source of the page and see that jQuery library are loaded 3 times. You can use "Easy jQuery" Joomla! plugin to resolve this problem.

Could you provide a temporary access to your J! backend by email?
