Hi there,

If this is the plugin for making Ari Slideshow responsive. Please can you tell me which folder/file to upload to Joomla!

In the folder I have:
install (folder)
mod_ariimageslider.xml
license.txt
mod_ariimageslider.xml
script.php

- perhaps it's something in the install folder? I made attempt via extension manager with .php and .xml files from the install folder, but alert was given as not recognised by the Joomla! extension manager.

Please advise, and many thanks for your service with Ari.
Sarah.

Hello,

The extension can be installed from .zip archive, but if you want to unzip it and install from a folder on your server, create a folder and copy all files and folders from the archive.

Hi there,

Thanks for your response.

I have uploaded via zip, however a new ariimage slider does not appear in my module manager - it must recognise this. Please note: I already have the same ariimageslider installed. However, it is not responsive.

Can you please advise me. Shall I delete the old one? Though, I am pretty sure they are the same one. Still, not responsive.

Please advise.
Regards,
Sarah.

What do you mean about new "ARI Image Slider"? Joomla! supports ability to install one version of a module. If you install new version of the module over old version, it will be updated to the latest version.

If you have a problem with installation, send a temporary access to your J! backend by email so we can investigate it.

Hi there,

sorry for not explaining - I thought there might be a new version that I was missing that had a responsive option. So I went ahead and uploaded the latest version on your site (I wasn't sure which version I had already installed).

In any case, my issues are all resolved and I am very happy!

Thanks heaps!
Sass
