I'm not sure if I have to many java scripts running and i am not able to change the timing of the slide transitions as well as getting banding when the fades happen. any help gratefully revived.

I cant find a reason why the fade seems to be not appearing on fading but appearing in a blocky way. do you have an ideas please.
