Flipbook starter problems 6 Years, 10 Months ago Karma: 0
Sorry,
I worked with this fine module since years. But now with Joomla 3.7.2 I have the same "starter problems" as in the past.

fantasy.ag-fantasy.de/index.php/mitglieder - This Link shows the Main menu "Mitglieder". Under the article, shown under this point I like to show the flipbook with our AG members.
But all codes which I used shows errors (for example: {ariflipbook moduleID="99"}.

My process:
- load ARI flipbook module (additional: I made a copy of this module and used "AG Mitglieder" as flipbook name)
- load plugin
- have the main menu with "members"
- under this menu point I wrote the article "members" as shown at the page

I hope you have some ideas for me for a better result

Thanks for support

Hello,

Could you specify what errors are shown?

Hi,
1st:
I used JCE editor with the possibility to load a module inside an article:

{loadmodule mod_ariflipbook,AG Mitglieder} - error: HPTT 500: internal server error

2nd
I used your code {ariflipbook moduleId="99"} - error: same as before

I hope that's helpfull

Open module settings page and try to add ID of the article where the module is used to "Source type -> Articles -> Excluded Articles" parameter.

Yes,
that was the key for my problem!!!
Now it works and I can fill the book.

Is it right that I must fill in all article IDs which are not content of this book under "exclude" ??

Thank you for your fast support

It is necessary to specify ID of article where the module is used only if this article is matched article selection criteria. For example when the book is configured to show articles from a category which are the article assigned to.
