[Solved] White screen error with plugin enabled 10 Years, 11 Months ago Karma: 0
Hello,

I just installed flipbook module and plugin with joomla 2.5.11, but as soon as i enable the plugin, my entire website doesn't work anymore (white screen).
Could you help me please?

Hello,

A blank page can appear if a PHP error occurs. It can be a conflict with a 3rd party extension or if you try to load the module into an article which is loaded by the module too. In this case add article ID to "Articles -> Excluded articles" parameter in module settings.

To see error message, set "Site -> Global Configuration -> Server -> Error Reporting" parameter on Joomla! backend to "Development" parameter.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class JModuleHelper in /*mysite*/www/plugins/system/jat3/jat3/core/joomla/modulehelper.php on line 42


So, it's a problem with my template "ja-elastica" using the plugin "Jat3". If i disable the plugin and use an other template, it works.

But, what should i do? I can't really change my template...

Could you provide a link to a page where we can see the problem and a temporary access to your J! backend by email so we can investigate it in more details?
