There is nothing to check. I have paid for and installed the plugin. I just need it to work properly and I think there is a conflict in Javascript as mentioned above in this blog post.
Please help!

Please help me out here guys. I have paid for and installed this module. It is not working I have no support because you said I cancelled my order. I cannot generate a license key, and this needs to be working today. Any assistance would be great.

Still have no response from you guys. Is there anything you can do?? I have waited as patiently as possible. I need this resolved. The plugin is paid for and installed and is not working. Please help!!

OK. I have now repurchased and installed. Hopefully we can get this to work now!!
Same problem as before. I am using ARI Content. Thumbnail borders dont show up, Fancybox isn't initiated. I am sure it is a conflict problem but don't know how to resolve it.
Website fancybox is found at: www.swissu16.com/u16 under 'Turnier 2011' > Bilder.
Admin was sent in a previous direct email but will send again if required.
