Yeah, I have been able to get it to change, but I am unsure if the module, plugin or anywhere plugin is impacting this / active and I could only get it to change once after a quick cache clear.

Have sent details

Try now please. It was a problem with Joomla! cache.

Thanks, but seems exactly the same. No response.
Can you explain to me what the issue is?
I've had a lot of cache problems with another plugin on this site that seem related to permissions in the cache directory and the FTP layer enabling not really fixing them.

I can see you have installed another plugin to "fix joomla cache" and enabled the module, but adjusting the settings of the 2 plugins and the module gets me nowhere.

Can you please give me some more information? It may be a Plesk issue with permissions.

We didn't install any plugin. We cleaned Joomla! cache by clicking "System Tools -> Quick Clean Cache" menu item on Joomla! backend.

BTW the lightbox looks normal, according to settings:

Yes, so did I and had it set up that way before you looked. I have cleared the cache many times since then, switched the domain to fastcgi and cleared the cache completely. It refuses to change.

ie right now the plugins are both set to 600 pixels wide so I am not sure how the 200x200 box in the screenshot is normal. ie, this plugin will not update at all.

Could you please take a deeper and proper look or should I remove the whole thing and reinstall it?

width and height parameters are set to 300 and 250. Open "Alice" article edit page and see opt_width and opt_height parameters in {arifancybox} tag.
