its something rare, i can see the flash component in all browsers (firefox, IE, chrome, opera, etc.)

We don't see in any browser.

In any case check that Flash object has wmode="transparent" parameter.

I just fix it, with this steps:

1. use firebug plugin in firefox for help me identify the ID of the slideshow
2. read some examples in w3schools.com/css
3. add the correct CSS rule
