horizontal dropdown not working

help please...

vertical dropdown menu works fine, but I want to use horizontal, and when I switch from vertical to horizontal, no submenus show up. What am I doing wrong?

Add the following CSS rules to template CSS file:

Thank you...that did the trick! oops...thought it did, but now the menu shows up on right side not user3 position of my template. Should the template css be modified or the module css be modified or both? Any help would be great, thank you!

Sorry, but we don't understand what's wrong. When we open www.oshacertificationsofamerica.com page in a browser, we see menu in 'user3' position. You can see it on screenshot in attach.
