I followed the instructions but the alt Tag is not diplaying

The images path is images/slider/

I edit the file by this way:

[ALT]
images/slider/Banner_body_5.jpg="Fettabsaugung"
images/slider/Banner_body_4.jpg="Brustvergrößerung"
images/slider/Banner_body_6.jpg="Schamlippenkorrektur"

But the alt Tag is not displaying
only the Default description and Default link which I added in the backend. What I am doing wrong?

Hello,

INI file should be located in folder with images and contains only file name (not folder or sub-folder). In your case place the INI file to <joomla_directory>/images/slider folder with the following content:
