Problem is that .doc shows in FF, IE and Opera, but Chrome just shows loading swirl forever and document doesn't load. All browsers are the most recent.

JQ and no-conflict are on.

This is set to use Google, not iframe, but Control+shift+j gives the following errors:

Uncaught TypeError: Object #<HTMLDocument> has no method 'ready' form.html:284

Thank you for checking. This is very strange - I'm using the same version of Chrome. I've also cleaned all caches and still get the iframe java errors.

I've now checked Chrome on two other computers and the doc shows. I just can't figure out why this is happening on my one PC as well as the client (who is the one who first alerted me to the problem, so it is not just my PC).

Have you installed any addon for Google Chrome?

Yes, but I have tried all these:

--disabled all Chrome extensions
--uninstalled both 32 bit and 64 bit java from browsers and reinstalled/enabled them
--disabled possibly conflicting modules on the site (MailChimp, PayPal, Facebook)

Still the same forever loading and error messages.

I know this is probably not your problem and I appreciate the time you have spent.
If you have any other ideas, I would appreciate them; if not, thank you.

EDIT: Major clue. I just signed in to Google Chrome. When I am signed in, the form shows. When I am just using the browser, but not signed in, the loading and errors occur.

Unfortunately we can't reproduce the problem. We checked it on several computers, checked it also in incognito browser's mode. The plugin works fine.
