I disabled all of the add-ons and even restarted the computer. It is still blank. On another computer here it is working in both IE and Firefox. I need it to work on my computer because I'm the developer. Any other ideas?

It can be a problem with Antivirus or other application.

I have the same problem.
The plugin works fine in IE and Chrome.

The version of my Firefox installation is 16.0.2. Could this be the problem!!!
