I am trying to embed a PDF file using ARI Docs Viewer. I get this error:

Sorry, we were unable to find the document at the original source. Verify that the document still exists.
You can also try to download the original document by clicking here.

When I click "here" I get a 404 with the correct link except it has these tags in it that don't belong as shown below.

images\news\<\code>mydocument.pdf<code>

What can be the problem?

Hello,

It can be a problem with a WYSIWYG editor. Try to use the solution from this post and switch WYSIWYG editor to plain text mode before inserting plugin code.

You are awesome! After reading the thread in your link, I changed my html "p" and "/p" tags to "pre" and "/pre" tags and it solved the problem
