TOPIC: Apply filter - how to?

I am using "ARI Data Tables" and it is working quite well.

Now I'd like to use a filter on a CSV file.

As far as I understand it, a filter means, that only the data is displayed which meets a specific criteria.

In my case I want only the datasets displayed, where in one column it says "OK". (This column is hidden as per the settings of the module btw.)

However in the config of the module I am not sure what "Column Name" means. The title (heading in first row) of the column does not work. The rest of the module settings are dealing with "Column Index" and "ID", which is the number of the column starting with 0.

So what does "Column Name" under "Filters" mean and what do I put there?

Hello,

Specify column name which is used in CSV file (see columns in the first row). For example if want to show records where "Status" column equals to OK, populate "CSV -> Filters -> Column name" parameter with Status value, set "Operator" parameter to "Equal" and enter OK value in "CSV -> Filters -> Value" parameter.

Thanks for your replies, I received the e-mails.

Since according to your e-mails, the "filter-functions" should work with my CSV, I will do some tests, perhaps I can find out more.

Otherwise I will come back to you regarding access to the Joomla backend (via e-mail).
