I have installed the custom Column Filter:
code.google.com/p/jquery-datatables-column-filter/

It's a bit old but still working, tested with an normal jquery table js.

Already enabled it and anything inside ari.

I just dont know how to execute the contructor method(normally $("table").dataTable().columnFilter()

But since I am using ari, there is no .dataTable() available. (So I just need to know the method to call and I am happy)

Hope you guys can help me.

Set "Load jQuery method" parameter to "Local copy" value in module settings.

I guess you mean Load Method: on Load right?

Set that but still getting an error, could you check that on the site provided?

We mean "Load jQuery method" parameter. If you use "ARI Data Tables" v. 1.15+, this parameter is located on "Advanced" tab on module settings page:



For previous versions it is located on main module settings tab.

Ok but I still got the same error.

Uncaught TypeError: $(...).addClass(...).dataTable(...).columnFilter is not a function

An incorrect version of <joomla_directory>/modules/mod_aridatatables/includes/js/widgets/datatable/plugins/columnfilter/jquery.dataTables.columnFilter.js file is used on your site. Download original version here and use it.
