TOPIC: Adding Link to my csv file

Adding Link to my csv file 8 Years, 7 Months ago Karma: 0
I've been going through the forum looking for a solution to get links to work, but I just can't seem to get it to work.

I know since I'm using the a csv file, I need to use the Column Settings in the Formatting to insert links. I got it to insert link, but in uses that same link for everything in that column. How do I get each item in the column to have their own links?

Basically this is a table with Meeting Info - so one of the columns is Agenda and another is Previous Week. Under each are dates that I want to link to specific pdf files.

Thanks and looking forward to your response.

UPDATE:
Figured out my issue - I was trying to insert links into Table Type: ARI DATA TABLE instead of just HTML Table. Once I switched it back, it worked. Is it possible to do what I'm asking for in ARI Data Table? I like how it can sort...

Thanks,
Julan

Hello,

Links are stored in separate column in CSV file or how these links should be generated? What value do you use in "Columns settings -> Format" parameter?

I don't have the link in a separate column. I have it setup like this:
<a href="my_file_link.pdf" target="_blank"><$value></a>

But what happens is this link gets linked to all the values in the column.

It should be:

<a href="my_file_link.pdf" target="_blank">{$value}</a>
