Hi,
I am hoping this is an easy question. I want to display a simple bar chart where each bar displays the total number represented by the bar. For example, if I had 3 bars of USA, Canada, and UK, and the bars were to be 100, 50, and 30 respectively, each of the 3 bars would show with their corresponding value. Hence, no need for a scale, which I have already hidden.

That was not what I was expecting because it does so much more already. When you mouse-over the individual pie pieces or bars it already shows the same value like I am looking for. Can this be controlled to always be present rather than only on hover? Can this be configured in any way? If not, I will make do. Thanks.

Yes, it shows values on mouse over, but it doesn't support ability to show values directly on bars. Implementation of this feature requires modification of the extension.
