I'm running Joomla 3.4.0 and aridatatables v. 1.14.11. I don't know if the version is particularly relevant because the problem existed with the previous version of aridatatables. I upgraded, hoping that it would help, but it hasn't. So, the problem is the aridatatables is not updating this query:

SELECT
user_id,
created,
extime

FROM
gavg_emerald_subscriptions WHERE 1

I've put in new information via the DB but ari still shows the same and erroneous information. It does update in another database plugin I'm using so I know it's an issue with ari. Any suggestions would help.

Hello,

Nobody has reported about the similar problem. The extension loads data from a database each time when a page with module is loaded. It can be a problem with cache.

Could you provide a link to a page where the problem occurs and a temporary access to your J! backend by email so we can investigate the problem in more details?

When checking a member item, for example 333 it shows outdated information.

When using a DBX link: www.womenabout.org/cms/wab2.5/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=116&Itemid=1136 the same member id shows the correct dated information. These are are both pulling from the same db query.

I'm sending the backend log in via email for Women About.

The extension shows data correctly according to query which you use. In your query you use user_id field instead of id filed which is used on "DBX" page. user_id field contains ID of user, id field contains subscription ID.
