Must always enter the HTLM special characters for the umlauts in the CSV files

Is there a setting so I do not have to write special characters for the umlauts?

Hello,

Save CSV file in UTF-8 encoding or specify encoding of your CSV file in "CSV -> File encoding" parameter in module settings.

Read our previous post please. If your file is saved in UTF-8 encoding, it doesn't require to specify encoding in "CSV -> File encoding" parameter, but if your file is saved in non-UTF8 encoding (for example ISO-8859-1) then it requires to specify encoding which is used in your file in the parameter (for example ISO-8859-1).

If you have any problem with it, send your file by email and we will help to configure the module.

I did both - saved csv-file as UTF-8
nothing changed

I insert the code in CSV file encoding
nothing chanded

What can I do next?
