The extension provides ability to show data from databases and CSV files, but it doesn't provide ability to create tables in a database. You can use an application like PHPMyAdmin to manage databases on your server. Usually it is available in hosting panel. If you have a problem with it, we can create a table for you on your site. You can send credentials by email.
