I was wondering if it was possible to generate or create an A-Z Menu based on a column pulled from a CSV file with ARI Data Tables. Can such a thing be done?

The purpose for this is to implement a phone/directory based listing and to have it be searchable when the user first clicks on the directory link without having any listings come up until they type a name in. And in addition, I need to have an A-Z menu so that if they wish to, they can click on the letter of the person's last name that they are trying to find.
