That's strange, I double-checked that it was enabled??

But anyways, the plugin now works in my article, but not in my table. See hafdal.dk/index.php/kirkegarde/svenstrup-kirkegard
You have to select to show 50 entries so you can see the link. I copied the link just as it is on your webpage, just to see if I can get that to work at least.
