Hi,

I'm trying to use the $columns value in a link but it doesn't seem to work and it is not substituted by the column value. Here is the content of the format field :

<a href="index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=119&numcli={$columns:numero}">{$value}</a>

The $_get['numcli'] returns the value {$columns:numero}

The {$value} is correctely replaced by the expected value.

I'm using the 1.5.23 version of the module, is there something special to set to make it work ?

Thanks

Hello,

Could you provide SQL query or CSV which you use by email?

It seems that there is a delivery problem with the provided email so here is the query :

select s.num as Numero, s.naam as Nom,s.adres as Adresse,s.postnr as codePostal, s.lokal as Localite, s.telnr1 as Telephone

from cptcig/signal s

where s.klr='C'

and (s.num = {$REQUEST:numcli} or {$REQUEST:numcli}='0')

I tried with {$columns:numero},{$columns:Numero},{$columns:num} and {$columns:s.num}.

Column names are case-sensitive. Use the next code:

Code:

<a href="index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=119&numcli={$columns:Numero}">{$value}</a>

If it doesn't help, could you provide link to page where we can see the problem and temporary access to your J! backend by email?

It doesn't work at all. I also tried to simplify the query by using the original table fields without renaming them and I have the same problem.

Unfortunately the site is an intranet and I cannot provide any access to it.

What is the php script where this functionality is processed ?

It finally works but I had to use all upercases for the field name even if I used Numero in the query :

<a href="index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=119&numcli={$columns:NUMERO}">{$value}</a>
