We can't reproduce the problem. In any case this problem with the menu so contact menu developers so they fix the problem.

i fed up with "MenuMatic" menu module, now i fond "ARI Ext Menu" and its also loks pretty god, but the same problem happening again , menus are not appearing perfectly , help
